Dídac Llorens Cubedo currently teaches English and American literature at the Spanish Universidad Nacional de Educación a Distancia (UNED). He has also taught English language and literature at the Universitat Jaume I de Castelló, and Spanish and Catalan at both Fitzwilliam College and the Faculty of Modern and Medieval Languages of the University of Cambridge. He has published T. S. Eliot and Salvador Espriu: Converging Poetic Imaginations (Valencia: PUV, 2013, Biblioteca Javier Coy d’Estudis Nord-Americans, no. 94). He has also co-edited New Literatures of Old: Dialogues of Tradition and Innovation in Anglophone Literatures (Newcastle upon Tyne: Cambridge Scholars Publishing, 2008). His research focuses on comparative literature, across languages and the arts.
